Guaranteed Buy / Trade

Guaranteed Buy is when a person has an existing home to sell, but wants to lock in current prices and location for their new home that is to be build. Randy and new home buyer agree on a new build home price, finishes and loacation. Then Randy also gives the buyer of the new home a Guaranteed Buy price for their current home, in case it is not sold at the completion of the newly built home(est 6 months). At the completion on the new home, Randy will purchase the older home( if the older home has not already sold to a third party), for the .previously agreed to price.

Note: each deal must be approved by the bank that will lend funds to Randy to purchase older home. This is a basic outline for the Guaranteed buy program, but, all deals have specific details that will need to be dealt with on a case by case basis.
